Pros:
+ Fullbody, not jerky and shitty animation.
+ Length.

+ Lack of color.
+ Lack of sound.
+ Framerate = low.

Personally, I don't think sprites are a good choice for flashes.
You used the sprites well, nevertheless, and the audio was well synched to the animation.
Good overall job, just not my cup of tea.
